The deal between you and AIXXII.

By using AIXXII, you agree to these terms. We tried to keep them short. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What AIXXII is

AIXXII is a decision layer for AI tools. We help you decide which tools, agents and workflows fit your goal, and we run the agents we ship ourselves. We do not resell third-party AI tools. When DICI recommends a tool, you go to that tool's vendor directly and they bill you separately.

2. Your account

• You must be 18+ to use AIXXII.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing seats violates these terms (Team plan exists for that reason).
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam, scraping, abusive prompts targeting other users).

3. What you can do with AIXXII

• Use DICI, the agents, and the Learning Factory for your business and personal projects.
• Build apps with the App Factory under separate written agreement (30% revenue share).
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No questions, no retention calls.

4. What you can't do

• No scraping, automated mass-querying, or reverse-engineering the platform.
• No illegal content. No content that targets minors. No deepfakes of real people without their consent.
• No reselling DICI access as a wrapper service.
• No using AIXXII to build a directly competing decision layer.

5. Pricing & subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Founder pricing (CHF 29/month) is locked for the lifetime of your subscription — if you cancel and resubscribe, you pay the then-current price. Refunds within 14 days of first purchase, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until end of the paid period.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities). Mandatory consumer protections under Swiss law are unaffected.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you and post a notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you don't agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes go to the competent courts of the canton where Boppart Digital is registered, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Your data stays yours.

This policy covers what data we collect, why, where it lives, and how to delete it. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account data: Email, name (if you provide one), hashed password, OAuth identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Usage data: Pages you visit, agents you run, tools you click — to make the product better and bill correctly.
• Payment data: Handled by Stripe (we never see your card). We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Conversation data: What you tell DICI — to give you a useful answer. Stored on Supabase in EU region.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your prompts to train AI models — your conversations don't go into training sets.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not profile you for advertising purposes.

4. Where your data lives

• Supabase (Authentication + Database): EU region (Frankfurt). GDPR DPA in place.
• Vercel (Hosting): Edge network with EU edge locations.
• Cloudflare (Worker + DNS): Global, with EU routing where supported.
• Stripe (Payments): Stripe Ireland (EU). Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend (Email): EU region. For transactional emails only.
• Anthropic / OpenAI / others (AI inference): Inference may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses (SCCs). Prompts are not retained by us for training.

5. Your rights

Under Swiss DSG and EU GDPR, you can:

• Access your data — request a copy
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data (right to be forgotten)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

Email privacy@aixxii.com to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation: account data is deleted within 90 days, anonymized usage analytics may be retained for product analytics, payment records are kept for 10 years for Swiss tax compliance.

7. Children

AIXXII is not for users under 18. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we delete it immediately.

8. Complaints

If you think we mishandled your data, email privacy@aixxii.com first — we'll fix it. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local EU data protection authority.

What we drop on your browser.

We use a minimal set of cookies. No third-party tracking, no ad networks, no fingerprinting.

1. Essential cookies (no consent needed)

• Supabase Auth session: Keeps you logged in. Required for the product to work.
• CSRF protection: Security token to prevent cross-site attacks.
• Cookie consent state: Remembers whether you've seen this banner.

2. Optional analytics (consent required)

• Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. We use this to see which pages get traffic. You can opt out at any time.

3. Cookies we don't use

• No Google Analytics
• No Facebook Pixel
• No third-party ad networks
• No session replay tools

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will log you out, but everything else continues to work.

Per Swiss law (UWG / e-commerce disclosure requirements) and EU consumer transparency rules, here's who runs AIXXII.
